Customer Service:
Toll free 1-800-527-5060 gets you into our customer service. Our staff have been trained to handle your contact lens RX orders, answer questions, and provide you and your office staff with updated information, Boston® quarterly solution sales, and in general new product data.

Account Specialist:
Our Account Specialist will monitor your activity with C & H. You can call their wats line to place orders and check on shipping dates. They can also update you on new products and special promotions. They are your "go to" person at C & H. Just ask to be assigned an account specialist when you call.

After Hours:
For ordering convenience, our automated answer center will record RX's and messages after normal working hours: 1-800-527-5060 toll free wats line, 214-358-4433 local line.

Our Fax machine will accept orders 24 hours a day: 1-800-545-6217 toll free fax line, 214-358-2599 local fax line.

For Internet users, you can access C & H and place "secure" orders here. NOTE: We download our orders at 7:00 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, and 1:00 pm Central Standard Time. You may place orders at the website 24 hours a day.

Returns:
Lenses may be returned and/or exchanged for several reasons: Cancellation, product quality, general lens purchase warranty.

When returning any product, please photocopy the original invoice and reference any additional invoices. Customer Service will rush out your replacement order, and answer any questions about your return.

Discounts:
All individual accounts receive a 25% minimum discount. Discounts are calculated on monthly purchases and are printed on your statement. Lenses, postage and supplies quoted as net are not discounted. Discounts can be taken when your statement is paid in full and received by the 10th of the month in our Dallas, Texas office.

Increasing Volume Discounts:
Please contact our sales or office manager to discuss a higher discount level based on volume.

LensBank Savings:
With the pre-purchase of 25 lenses or greater / your choice of materials, we will discount those lenses by 40% to 50%. Included are ID Dots and Postage at no charge. We establish a monitored lens bank you can draw from, and will notify you when the bank is "low" so it can be renewed.

Alterations:
There is a slight charge for adjustment on lenses. This charge covers handling and postage. Warranted lenses can be altered at no charge during the warranty period. When possible please send specifications of lenses.

Standards:
We fully guarantee all lenses manufactured by C&H will meet ANSI Z80.2 Standards.

Buying Groups:
C & H is actively manufacturing RGP lenses and distributing supplies, products and solutions to members of the following buying groups: ., A.D.O., B.B.G., C&E, C.O.O., D.O.S., F.E.C., H.M.I., N.P.P., O.O.G.P., OPTICARE, T.B.E., VISION SOURCE, and V.W.G.

Upon request we can quickly send you a complete packet including prices and policies of your buying group.

Lens and Product Warranty:
We offer a comprehensive warranty for all lenses distributed and manufactured by C&H. Please see our price list for additional charges on this service.

Product warranties are provided at no charge by Polymer Technology (restrictions - Call). This is a six month product only warranty and replacements must be within the same "family" of materials.

Customer Service can quickly answer any questions concerning all warranty programs.

Delivery:
We maintain a delivery based upon "same day" and "36 hours". All overnight orders before 12:00noon are shipped same day. Lenses can be shipped by any of the following methods: UPS Overnight, UPS Ground., U.S. Postal, and via Courier delivery services. Have our customer service check the availability of a courier service in your area.

Overnight Price Reduction:
C & H offers "OVERNIGHT BIN" delivery for quick, reliable service. Here's how it works: Choose the day(s) upon which you would like to receive your orders. C & H will accumulate and group your orders; sending all of them out together via UPS Overnight to arrive on the selected day(s). Your account will receive price breaks, depending on the number of orders in each shipment.
